The Advantages of the Fund

The Fund provides an opportunity to participate in medium and long term private equity investments with expected yields at a level which is usual in this segment.

The Fund’s activities are regulated and controlled by the bodies involved in the supervision of the financial market (the CNB).

Upon the basis of a concluded agreement, the Fund’s depositary (UniCredit Bank) supervises and inspects the activities of the Fund regarding compliance with the Collective Investment Act and the Fund’s Statute.

Continuous and regular evaluation of the Fund’s assets and reporting to the investors and supervisory bodies.

The tax system which applies to the Fund and the holding and transfer of shares is subject to Income Tax Act no. 586/1992 Coll., as amended (hereafter simply referred to as the “Income Tax Act”).

The Income Tax Act designates a tax rate of 5% for the investment fund.
