The Fund Profile
Arca Capital CEE, uzavřený investiční fond, a. s. is an independent fund of qualified investors, whose finances are directed towards private equity investments. The Fund’s investment strategy focuses on small and medium-sized enterprise segment. The Fund is an independent legal entity, whose commercial activities involve collective investments in accordance with Collective Investment Act no. 189/2004 Coll., as amended, and which holds a licence from the Czech National Bank for the activities of an investment fund. CNB decision ref. no. 2008/11497/570 came into legal effect on 12.9.2008.
The Fund’s founder is Arca Capital a private equity group which has been successfully active especially in the area of venture capital in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Fund is subject to regulation and supervision from the CNB and it is entered in Section B, Insert 14729 of the Commercial Register held at the Municipal Court in Prague.
The Fund’s depositary is UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a.s., Company Registration Number: 64948242, registered office: Na Příkopě 858/20, postal code: 111 21, Prague 1, Czech Republic upon the basis of a depository agreement.

An investor is an entity which fulfils the conditions of section 56, subsection 1 of the Collective Investment Act (Act no. 189/2004 Coll.).
