The Fund’s Portfolio
The Fund’s finances will be predominantly oriented towards private equity investments in Central and Eastern Europe. Based on the analysis of economic development in individual sectors, investments in branches such as food industry, power engineering, pharmacy and others are considered highly perspective by the Fund. In these branches, Arca Capital Group has implemented many successful projects and has acquired in-depth knowledge (know-how). In accordance with the orientation of the entire Arca Capital Group, the Fund will invest into companies in small and medium-sized enterprises segment. Part of the funds may also be invested in real estate in the same region. The Fund also intends to invest in some of the existing projects of the Arca Capital Group.
The Fund’s investment policy is based on the fact that this involves a special investment fund of qualified investors, whose investments are not only limited to certain assets, but which looks for individual investments in the widest spectrum of investment opportunities upon the basis of a detailed evaluation of the risk factors and the return on the individual investments.
The Fund will invest primarily in Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as in Central and Eastern Europe and the new European Union member countries.
