Management

Mgr. Peter Janiga
Mgr. Peter Janiga started his career with a multinational auditing and consulting company KPMG during his studies of economic and financial mathematics at the Comenius University in Bratislava. Subsequently, he held a management position of the newly established holding Best Hotel Properties. After a successful completion of the acquisition and stabilization of the holding, he accepted another challenge to set up and create the structure of funds for the Slovak Republic, where he was one of the key people in this process, he held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board, Slovak Guarantee and Development Bank Asset Management and Member of Board, Slovak Investment Holding. Since 2017 he has been working in the Arca Capital Group as Vice Chairman of the Board and Investment Director of the newly established company GOLDSIDE Asset Management.

Peter Janiga
Ing. Mojmír Vančura graduated from the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Business and Management in Zlin (now part of the university UTB). He has spent his entire career in various financial positions. He joined Arca Capital Group in 2002, where he specialized in assessment of investment opportunities and valuation. He has participated in a number of successful projects. Prior to joining Arca Capital he worked in companies such as Česká zbrojovka, a.s. (Czech Arms Factory), or CE WOOD, a.s. Mojmír was also a member of statutory and supervisory bodies ie Frenštátská lesní, a.s., VČE Transformátory, s.r.o., Arca Real Estate, a.s., or BIO – SKIN, a.s. He has been Member of the Board since 24 June 2014.

Ing. Luděk Černovický
Ing. Luděk Černovický graduated from the University of Economics Prague, where he studied Industrial Economics specializing in production organisation and management. He has extensive experience in investment banking and financial management, including corporate financial restructuring projects. Prior to joining Arca Capital he worked as a financial director in EPIC Financial Group. During his entire career he was also a member of statutory and supervisory bodies (Stavostroj, a.s., REKOFIN, a.s., GiTy, a.s., Arca Real Estate, a.s., EPIC, a.s., EPIC Holding, a.s., REVITA G, a.s., Subterra, a.s., Hotel International Praha, a.s., Penzijní fond Energie, a.s., Pivovar a sodovkárny Svitavy, a.s.). He has been Financial Director since 29 October 2008.

Mgr. Barbora Hanáková
Mgr. Barbora Hanáková started her professional career in public relations when she worked for the agency aPRiori in the years 2012-2014 during her studies of Media Communication and Marketing at the Jan Amos Komenský University Prague. Subsequently, she has been holding a position of PR manager and spokesperson for the investment group Arca Capital since 2015. Since the establishment of the company Krupa Global Investments, a.s. in 2018 she has also been fully responsible for the entire communication of this company.

Ing. Pavol Krúpa
Ing. Pavol Krúpa studied business management at the University of Economics in Bratislava. He is the founder of the investment group Arca Capital and co-founder of other specialized companies that focus their activities on the development and effective management of investment projects and implementation of business plans. Currently, he primarily focuses on activities in the field of private equity and take a highly activist approach to investing in the CEE region and US markets. He focuses his activities under the investment company Krupa Global Investmens, a.s., where he holds the position of Chairman of the Board. Currently, Ing. Krúpa is also Chairman of the Board of the company Ondrášovka Holding, a.s.

Juraj Krúpa
MSc. Juraj Krúpa graduated from the University of Essex, Bachelor of Science (BSc.), Business Management, Paris School of Business, Master of Science (MSc.), International Business. In the years 2015 – 2016 he held the position of Marketing Manager in the company Penta Investments, a.s., in the years 2016 - 2017 Sales Broker / Trader in the company Swissquote, subsequently in the years 2017 - 2018 he worked as Analyst and Portfolio Manager. In 2015 Juraj Krúpa was selected as the only one of 16 interns for the Chamber 2 of the European Court of Auditors, Luxembourg that is responsible for the Structural and Cohesion Funds. MSc. Currently, Juraj Krúpa acts as a statutory body or a member of the statutory body and also as a member of the supervisory body in companies whose activities are not identical or similar to those of the Fund.

Mgr. Dana Holcman graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno in 1994. Since 1994 she practised law in the law office of JUDr. Audy, from 1995 to 31 July 2008 she acted as Senior Lawyer in the holding group of business corporations, including the implementation of transformations, acquisitions, regulatory compliance check including trading on the capital markets, in the field of accounting and taxes. Since 1 August 2008 she has been an independent attorney specializing in commercial law, corporate law, capital market. Currently, she works as Statutory Director of a public limited company whose activities are not identical or similar to those of the Fund.
